Designed specifically for women in the tourism industry, the professional development programme aims to provide practical tools, knowledge, and connections to help women accelerate their careers.
Valued at $499, TIA has scholarships for three deserving wāhine in the tourism industry.
The Opportunity
Learn from tourism's best. The programme features three on-demand courses delivered by three accomplished tourism wāhine who have become experts in their fields:
- Kylie Ruwhiu-Karawana teaches the Art of Self-Leadership
- Lou Baddiley teaches the Power of Networking and Connection
- Michelle Caldwell teaches Crafting Your Personal Brand
Following on from these courses you will gain access to a three-month Powrsuit membership. This membership includes:
- 15-minute masterclasses
- Micro-networking
- Peer coaching
- Expert interviews
The Scholarship
To award the three scholarships, TIA simply invites you to nominate a wāhine in the tourism industry who you believe is deserving of this opportunity using the nomination form below. Nominations close on Friday 11 April and winners will be announced on Friday 18 April.
In your nomination consider how the nominee would benefit from this programme, how they have already contributed to the industry and their potential to contribute, and how compelling their story in tourism has been.
