As the sector continues to rebuild, recruitment remains a significant focus, with nearly half of organisations actively hiring. Vacancies are primarily at entry and mid-levels, reflecting ongoing demand across skill tiers.
Encouragingly, 75% of organisations are optimistic about the next 12 months, although challenges such as rising costs persist. This survey supports TIA’s advocacy efforts, including visa scheme reviews and workforce development initiatives.
