The Modern Slavery Reporting Bill is currently before Parliament. The intent of the legislation is to reduce the risk that goods produced within or imported into New Zealand are linked to child and/or forced labour.   

TIA will assess the tourism implications of the Bill and will contribute to the Select Committee considerations as and when the Bill reaches that stage.
