TIA has specific interests in the IVL and how it is used to best effect for the betterment of the industry. 

At the current level, the IVL is generating a significant pool of funding that will enable investment in key parts of the tourism system. TIA advocates for investment that is tied to clear tourism benefit and typically is used additionally to existing tourism-related spend. The methods for allocating the funds are as important as the availability of the funds themselves. 

TIA is working with Government and officials on the best approaches for utilising the IVL.
