Air Connectivity

TIA pushes for liberal air services agreements (ASAs) with a primary focus on agreements with countries that are more likely to grow sustainable air connections.

TIA supports airline alliances and initiatives that grow sustainable air connectivity to and from New Zealand, including the adoption of aircraft technologies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

TIA recognises that the wider tourism industry needs to support airports and airlines in developing new sustainable air connections.
