OTAs are an issue for some of TIA’s smaller accommodation members, in particular hotels and motels.
Our focus in this area is education – how can smaller operators use them to their best advantage. Positively, OTAs can effectively target a market segment that has traditionally been difficult for small accommodation providers to reach.
